The IDOT Risk Assessment became a review for every public transportation system in Illinois. We are assessed as a Medium Risk due to the answers to 3 questions. One question was misunderstood and answered incorrectly. The other two were regarding software that we have looked at and determined to be too expensive for our operation. The Medium Risk assessment resulted in required training which is underway.

Malcom Williams reported that we have 58 operators, 56 of which are available. We have 4 more in training.

Ken Munjoy reported that June ridership this year was 50,815, compared to 48,317 last year. FY 26 ended down 3.4% from last year. In July, we provided 52,255 rides this year compared to 50,128 last year.

CCS and Transit Officers transported 67 people in June and 62 in July.
