If you think you may have left something on a River Valley Metro bus, call (815) 937-4287 (4BUS) or stop by the Metro Centre at 1137 E. 5000 N. Rd. Bourbonnais, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

All items lost today (if found), will be received at lost and found at the end of the day.

When contacting lost and found, please provide the following information:

Description of article(including color, brand name)
Route number of the bus
Date & time the item was lost
Where you boarded the bus
Where you were seated on the bus

Found items are held for 30 days (excluding perishable items). After 30 days, the item(s) become the property of River Valley Metro
