Lost and Found
If you think you left an item on one of River Valley Metro's buses,
please contact (815) 937-4287 (4BUS) or stop by 1137 E. 5000 North
Road Bourbonnais IL during bus operating hours listed above.
All items lost today (if found), will be received at lost and found
at the end of the day. Please call lost and found the
following day to report.
When contacting lost and found, please provide the following
information:
- Description of article lost (color, brand name, fabric, etc.)
- Route number of the bus
- Date & time item was lost
- Where you boarded the bus
- Where you were seated on the bus
Found items are held for 30 days
(excluding perishable items).
After 30 days, the item(s)
become property of River Valley Metro.
