If you think you may have left something on a River Valley Metro bus, call (815) 937-4287 (4BUS) or stop by the Metro Centre at 1137 E. 5000 N. Rd. Bourbonnais, Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
All items lost today (if found), will be received at lost and found at the end of the day.
When contacting lost and found, please provide the following information:
- Description of article(including color, brand name)
- Route number of the bus
- Date & time the item was lost
- Where you boarded the bus
- Where you were seated on the bus
Found items are held for 30 days (excluding perishable items). After 30 days, the item(s) become the property of River Valley Metro
